Separate controls for volume.
On my Nokia Lumia 920, there is only one volume control that controls everything simultaneously. This is very annoying.
I wish to turn my ringer off at night, but still have max. volume for my alarm clock. Or turn my ringer off and be able to listen to my music. Turn down the volume on some apps while keeping the volume of my ringer full, and so forth. Separate volume controls are essential to a useful device.4 votes -
Enable the back, windows and search buttons to light up when using the phone in low light so they are easy to locate.
The capacitive buttons are impossible to see in low light. They flash on when the lock button is pressed. I would like an option to turn them on or off, or a function that allows them to light in low light conditions. At the moment, I have to keep stabbing in the general area of the back button to go back to previous screens.

Hardware devices ; should include external memory SD; and user can change battery of mobile; not like iPhone
1. Every devices should have ext. Micro SD Memory. I don't want depend on internal memory.
2. Changing battery is very important; always I am using extra battery.
3. Device RAM should be high not 512MB; I know there are 1 MB now for some devices.
4. HTC devices is better quality than others.4 votes -

How about a OS that works, or even an update thats ontime?
Why not make a mobilephone that does simple basic things right, like bluetooth file transfer for instance? Then maybe you wont have to keep people on a leach waiting for un update that seemingly will never arrive. Just a thought Microsoft. Use it , dont use it .

Dock in Tablet, Monitor, and Car
Allow the Windows Phone to be our primary computer and augment our cars with its native GPS and radios by docking.
Same concept for the tablet - it's just a shell for the UI which remains the same. Phone docks into a **** Nokia shell and suddenly you have a tablet phone.
Take it out of the tablet and place it next to your monitor and presto change WHAM, my Windows Phone serves up as my PC.
I saw the future long ago - the PC is not dead. It's merely evolving with the times

give wp7 early adopters a return
Seriously some of us that have supported windows phone are now basically screwed because of no wp8 update. No a resizable tile option does not make it an update and apps will basically be developed for wp8 since it will be easier.I think people that have supported WP should be given some sort of trade in option or trade in discount because we all feel basically screwed over.

Stereoscopic (3D) camera
While this may seem like a novelty item, the possibilities would be amazing. Some examples of concepts that would be possible are:
- Highly accurate range-finding.
- Touch-less measuring of objects via the camera. For example, if you want to go shopping for new curtains, you could simply take a picture of your windows and have an app automatically calculate and superimpose the measurements for you. You could basically measure ANYTHING in three dimensions.
- Potential for 3D modelling: By coupling some of the positional sensors with the 3D camera support, you may be able to produce photo-realistic 3D models…
