Dialed history to have 3 tabs - Call history | Most frequent called| Favourites
Dialed history should have 3 tabs -
Call history | Most frequent called| Favourites.
This would help in filtering required contacts instead of navigating into People app and searching contact to call/msg everytime..23 votes -

Filter Call History
Filtering the Call History by Outgoing, Incoming, Missed Call (like it was implemented in WM6) and being able to delete just the filtered history entries is what I am missing in Windows Phone.

Call length times in the *phone* call log
Call length information should be a priority since the primary function of this device is a phone.

Add an "I'll call you back" button.
It answers with a short message saying "(myname) saw your call but is unavailable. **** call you back shortly." Then have a five-minute reminder.

Phone should ring even if on silent/vibrate as long as headphones/headset connected.
If a headset / headphones are connected to a Windows Phone device, phone should still ring through headset / headset.

Turn off proximity sensor during a call with headset.
When you're in a call with headset and start using the phone for secondary activities and your hand gets close to the proximity sensor, it turns off the screen and gets it back to the call screen. Really annoying.

Recent contacts stack on top of Each other.
Would be nice you could change the "recent calls" to work like the apple and androids.
When you go the call history and you call someone 3 times i wont show there name 3 times, is will only show you one persons name at a time. That's what the recent call list should look like. If you want to know at what times you called them you simply click on there names and it will show you all the times you contacted that person. So essentially i'm asking to condense the information instead of showing every last phone call you…16 votes -

Filter Communication Manager
Create a filter where you have an option to accept White List, block Black List, Block all, Block hidden or Block specific number for calls and text messages as well. This is to prevent outside threats or anyone who does something wicked.

Put speaker, mute, etc buttons together with the number pad on the same screen
They'll all fit easily. http://imgur.com/8o5o8. It can be frustrating, eg: putting automated phone system on speakerphone, then dialing, then switching back when call is answered.

Display a contact's company when called.
When receiving a call, you should be able to see additional information other than just the name of the contact - mainly, their company. I am a business user, have over 500 contacts, most of them assistants and company managers, etc. I need to know which company are they calling from.
