Viewing a mix of portrait and landscape oriented pictures on the device requires constant reorienting of the device. Please add an option in settings to always display photos with the orientation of the original, regardless of the current device orientation.

When zooming on a picture in camera roll, pixels are interpolated (smoothed) and one thinks that pictures are blurred. Suggesting using some other interpolation algorithm which leaves pixels as they are, or maybe sharpen pixels when zoomed into details.
I think it is number one complain regarding Lumia 920, pictures are blurred, but when uploaded to skydrive in full resolution, and looking in browser they are not blurred.

The "Photos" tile, when set to shuffle background, picks up images from all folders. Allow users to select certain folders so that images from only those folders are selected. For instance, one might not want it to pick images from Camera Roll, or from Screenshots, but from custom-created folders like Scenery, Wallpapers, etc instead.

I would love to be able to create and remove albums within the Photos section of the phone. I want control of what albums I have. I DO NOT want every single Facebook album littering my phone. I want to be able to add/remove these. If I want to view those I can just go to Facebook.

Give the camera / images the option to edit the pictures taken, by resizing, cropping, adding efects and so. Currently, the picture & camera post-photo taken actions are almost zero, and are one of the most needed features in a phone with a good quality camera.

It's easier and it's beatifull. Now you just can swipe right or left to see the pictures but it isn't in 3D.

I've recently updated my HTC HD7 to windows 7.5 and it seems I can't upload pictures through social networks anymore. Before I updated my phone I could go to Facebook or tagged and click browse and upload a picture but since I updated my phone to7.5 I'm unable to do this. Does anyone know how i can get this feature back? It really sucks having to upload pics using the computer.

Whenever I post a picture to my Facebook wall, WP shrinks the photo so much that you can see pixels. I understand that people with 1gen mobile connections can't upload a photo in full resolution without having to wait a while, but I'm sure there are plenty users with 3G/4G connections out there. At least an option to disable shrinking would be cool!

When saving pictures from the phone, allow options similar to the Windows "import pictures and videos" tool, instead of files all going in one folder

Enable MultiSelect photos to upload on skydrive on wp 7.8 as already in wp 8

Let us move photos into new or existing photos without having to hook it up to a computer. Its cumbersome and restrictive.
