I want: vibrate and ring at the same time; Vietnamese keyboard; multitasking; orientation lock; sharing file via bluetooth.

A quick way to turn on/off wifi/bluetooth, change brightness, ect. Would fit well in a left swiped notifications area.

A lot of phone do not have an alert light. It would be nice if the OS could flash the Home button light when there is a pending notification event, be it a missed call, email, text, alarm, calendar event, etc..

I like the old main menu app list without the letter search like in People Hub. Please add the option to turn it off

A file manager system like windows mobile had, bluetooth transferring, the ability to send videos and documents via sms/mms.

The live tiles for text and email, i guess skype and phone calls/messages too; should reflect UNREAD totals, not new/unseen totals.
Sometimes you get a message you need to be reminded about later since you can't act on it just yet... currently, after just viewing the related app, the message's 'reminder' goes away. :/

A home screen wallpaper option would be great but why stop there...what about home screen themes just like you can on Win7? Please Microsoft :'(

I think having this app (similar to siri) would be a great addition to the OS. Instead of having Speech recognition, there should be a more siri like app.

No space or minimal space should be kept on the left & right side of the Start screen. This will look more naturally fitted in the screen & elegant too. Highly recommended for small screen devices(3.7").

I use a Windows Phone with QWERTZ-Keyboard in Landscape mode. Unfortunately not everything is optimized for Landscape mode. Would be great!!

Letter grouping is good, but when I get categories like X, Y or Z with one item in each, I would prefer one XYZ category.

Translating the CHT UI using HK style wordings, but not Taiwan, e.g. SMS should be tranlated to 短訊, but not 簡訊. IME should support HKSCS.

Would like to see a volume slider in the interface that can be controled via touch screen. Easier to slide volume when docked in car.

When you miss an incoming call or sms text message without having your phone on you, it would be ice to have a visual notification like a pulsating button or screen.

I've noticed that windows Phone Does not have the Screen Rotation Lock, maybe it's because of one of Apple's Patents, how about if you do it this way (Manual/Automatic Rotation).
Screen Rotation is Always On, however you can switch it from Manual to Automatic Mode, when it's on Automatic Mode, it will rotate automatically, and when it's on Manual Mode, you need to make a gesture using two fingers for the screen to change rotation.
