Flip to mute ALL SOUNDS when phoned turned upside down -- when I mean all sounds, I mean ALL, even the message alerts!!

Migration/backup of data from 7.x to WP8 via cloud
My biggest issue is with losing all my data from my current WP 7.5 device when I move to a WP8 device. There should be a migration tool to backup at least SMS and IE bookmarks and transfer them to the new device. After owning a WP since December 2010 that's a lot of data to throw away,

Fix the bug that makes Lumia 920 and HTC 8x freezing (here's the cause)
About the well known bug that makes Lumia 920 and HTC 8x freeze when screen locked (if you do not know already, just search around internet, you'll find many users complaining from all over the world), it seems to raise whenever WiFI and network data connection (2G / 3G) are both enabled.
Having ONLY WiFi OR only 3G won't make the phone freeze: in that case it can stay up for days.

The same like iOS. They have 2 profiles for the volume and they switch wenn you plug-in/off headphones.

Please implement an SMB client on WP8 so I can retrieve documents from my home network. Don't need a server. Don't want the security hassle. Just a lightweight client will do fine.

Native video calling .
Please make a backward step for my Nokia Lumia 920 and make native video calling available as a software update,which was available in all old 3g mobile but not present in my present super smart phone Nokia Lumia 920.

universal notification centre
there is a need to have a notification centre that is accessible from anywhere in the phone. it should be implemented just like the lock screen but from the top down. just as the lock screen "slides up" to open the phone, a notification centre "slide down" could reveal a notification pane which could be very powerful if implemented using modern design language.
a "short" swipe could reveal the notification bar (as it already does) but these should be actionable. tap to get directly into wifi, data, ringer, and airplane mode). i would also like to see a second row…

The problem in the "phone". No Russian letters
Good afternoon.
I really want to buy a phone with Windows Phone. Prior to this, long used by Samsung smartphones Android.
But, unfortunately, found that the "phone" is not possible for the Intellectual dial the contact's name in Russian. In this case, the digital collection is in English is, and not in Russian. Just no Russian letters. Such a function is not available on Samsung smartphones and tablets running on Android, but after my treatment, they fixed the problem.

N’ko on Windows phone
We suggest that N’ko be added to the window phone repertoire of languages. N’ko is a West African language that is used by more than 40 million people. We need to see such a language added to a platform that is meant for the entire international community.

Apps & games on external storage
I have a WP 8s by htc and i have only 1 gb to install apps and games :( . That isn't enough. We need to be able to install apps and games to external storage like MicroSD. This is a serious problem with the Operating System and would make a HUGE difference to some users.

Now two data roaming options: on/off. Need third, which is "smart/conservative": only acess data when requested (check email), not in background (check Facebook, upload photo...)
