Week view in Calendar
There needs to be a weekly view in Calendar where you can see what appointments you have on for the current week.

I think this is an easy to implement feature that will make lots of people very happy. Smartphone needs to give users a good overview of his (complex) life ;)

week view please :-) - same flaw as iPhone, professional can't use this in a serious way. I thought Win Phone was going to be less of a toy and more of a real-life work assistant.

Absolutely. The screen is just too small for month view, and day view is too verbose

must be able to choose 5 or 7 days per week view. must be able to add and update appointments for weekly view. must be able to zoop in and out in weekly view. should be as similar as possible to outlook 2010 on my pc!

Try weekcal people. A good stop gap till MS get their finger out of their ****.Has configurable week view and search. Also allows editing of entries.

still the same here, still wondering what the WP calendar programmers at MS are doing all day long...
For business use I need really a better calendar, which is searchable, shows week numbers, etc.
I start loosing patience with MS, and with Blackberry now recovering....oy...maybe 2 months, and then I'll say bye to WP, if MS will not wake up.. -

Why it is not possible in the microsoft world to take the normal feateres from the outlook and implement in the mobile. it not to understand that the weekly view was not a part of the last update.

With the restrictions ms places on devs, I think devs could easily build a better calendar. I like the agenda view which i use most as their is no week view. Chronos, calendar + and live calendar all have features we want, if they were combined it would meet users needs for improved personal and business organisation.
