I tried go Watch British Open on my phone (HTC 8X) and it didnt work (har to use my wifes i-phone 5 ! ! !). Today I tried go look at Ryan Airs route map: same problem!
I do not understand how MS can sell an operating system for mobile phones that NOT support their own programme used by other Website developers around the world? Let us have Silverlight NOW!
And at the same time let us have access to Flash!

Unbelievable, MS dosen't support Silverlight in own Browser.
Why wait html5? The
OK,THANK YOU, I WANT AND WAITING......APPLICATION STANDARD FOR WINDOWS MOBILE.
Microsoft, pls add silverlight
HTML 5 is very good, but silverlight is also a must.

Sorry guys, I disagree. Microsoft have 'basically' put the breaks on Silverlight. HTML5 is the standard for rich web content delivery. If you have an App in Silverlight, start getting your teams to migrate to HTML5.
Look at the Windows 8 Metro UI's programming languages available and the IE10 features for an indication of the direction of Microsoft.
Yes man Silverlight is a must have plug in

This would be amazing. This would give WP7 something no other phone has.
top of the top: you are not able to integrate silverlight a product made by you

Trust in your own cool technology and upgrade to sl 5 for tango so we get more options and superb video playback
I totally agree. However; I don't think out-of-browser experience is a requirement as this would break the marketplace app model. Wasn't this something that was promised for Windows Mobile 6.5 that almost seemed to get the ball rolling that ushered in the whole idea of Silverlight on Windows Phone in the first place?

Please wait for Silverlight 5 RTW and then instantly release for IE9 since its the same codebase as of PC version!! Please don't this as a part of a big update. Just roll it out!
OAN, the accepted suggestions section is still empty! please al least start accepting those suggestions which you are going to roll out!
I give 3 votes ! Silverlight in IE is the best way for the user experience.
I totally agreed with that one so I gave 3 votes
SL apps should be working on IE. HUH ? Don't tell me Mango update doesn't have SL support in IE ? I'm still waiting for that update.
