  i think better is to change icon, when call was missing but replied recently (as in outlook emails)

  Yes, it will be great filtering only missed calls. And also, if I touch some record and call this person, it "hides" this record from list. After long meeting I have about five missed calls and I really soon lost track, if I call back all of them.

  Missed, outgoing, incoming pivots for calls would be a huge improvement to the jumbled list we have now.
