Max contacts in a group is currently 20, users should be able to create group with at over 100 contacts

we should be able to select multiple contact like we are able to do with photos. This will be really time saving and would save us a lot trouble while adding contacts to groups or while sending messages to multiple contacts. Go SMS in Android does this beautifully.

My old Nokia 5800 XM can even stick 100 people into one group. Why would Lumia 900 be more expensive?

as I have said and posted some months ago: everything what I have used from Microsoft is a lot of ****. If it was XP, Win7, VISTA or WINPHONE mistakes over mistakes and no logic. Software we have written 20 years ago was much better and more user friendly.

The group-function in WP8 is only a joke. An 10 year old phone is better than WP8! Why is it not possible ti selevt more than 1 contact? I miss also special ringtones for groups. I will hear: is the one of my Family, a friend or someone from work.
Also here an old phone can it much better than WP 8. It's a shame.... -

Why do groups have to be tiles, can't it be like the main phone book and of course unlimited number of people

Currently there is a limit to 25 contacts per group on WP8, which is far from reality.
Please enable unlimited number.
And please enable adding more than one contact to a group at once - currently it takes you back to the beginning of the contacts ist after you have added one contact and you have to scroll through your contacts every time.

There should be no limit

If there is a workaround the limit , such as Outlook, please let me know how. I've been quite desperate to have a large group.

25 contacts in a group is far too few for me. I have at least two groups that need it to be much bigger than it is~

This is a joke, if the phone can have x contacts, then I should be able to have x contacts in a group. Not impressed at all with this. I have many more than 25 members in my family as many of us do, and this just doesn't work. I'm glad to see that Microsoft listened to us. Yeah that's right, they raise the limit from 20 to 25. Great job hardly. Resolve this issue, this is crazy in this day of technology that I can't have a group with more than 25 people in it.

In Outlook, one can use the Category field/column, to categorize many more that 20 (25 W8P) contacts. If Windows 8 Phone(W8P) is to be considered a productivity tool, would seem this “limit” ought to be much greater.

Some of us do have more than 20 friends so would be nice to be able to have them in just one group.

in general there needs to be a better method of organizing contacts. i have a lot of contacts that i need but rarely use. business contacts, restaurants, school contacts, acquaintances. not all of these are social in nature. additionally contacts could be easily organized in a similar fashion to google + using drag and drop.
