This feature is now available in Windows Phone 8.

larger fonts would help out a lot plus text reflow is missing. Not all smartphone users are young! After 50 the human eye gets weaker

perhaps if the phone is out of lockscreen. is it possible to take a screenshot when holding the autofocus button for a few seconds.

Hold the Back button to enter the "fast app switching" mode. Then, tap the Camera button. Simple as that.

a hardware combo such as power and camera that dumps the current screen to pictures would be useful.

@Mr AusPalo That is a brilliant idea!! The screen grabs for the task switching have alreadt been made and the OS would just have to save them.
