  It's in the settings for IE. You can change the stop/refresh button to a tabs button or a favorites button.

  This does NOT help me. My Nokialumia 800 won't get WP 8 update . I am disappointed to MS.

  Hahaha votes returned for me? Why should I bother to spend them for another feature when I'm just getting emails that none of the ones I voted for will be available for my phone? Nice. This is only real reason not to buy wp8, as obviously I cannot expect that I will not be forced to buy a wp9 just because you don't care for your user base. This is so simple feature that no one can tell me that my phone hardware cannot support it.

  hehehehehe you really know how to make people laugh Microsoft "This feature is now available in Windows Phone 8" I didn't vote on this idea so that you put it in Windows Phone 8 I Voted to get it on the phone that I already have and not so you could make me but another phone.
  The best thing that I ever did is selling my HTC trophy while there's still someone dump enough to buy it.

  Ideas in this page was posted mostly for WP 7.8 .. Yes, you are good to include this in WP8 but what about us who have the WP7.5 ? We want new features too !! You said you dont forget about us but why are most features planned only for next generation phones?

  But what about Windows Phone 7.8? Microsoft, please take into account the fact that this request was posted for Windows 7.x.

  You say is planned for WP8. In my opinion this is no acceptable answer for this request.

  Redesign IE.
  From IE on WP7 to IE on WP8 have the same user interface.
  Choise between favourite, tab and stop/refresh is without sense. You could insert an hide lateral bar with many controls like Back, forward, search, tab, stop/refresh, more pratical that one single button.
  Or something similar. Reinvent IE Mobile!

  Move the access to the IE Tabs to the IE Toolbar as a Button and place the Reload button as a Menu item as suggested elsewhere in here

  Internet Explorer's tabs button is so unconvenient,you really need to change it near the adress bar in next update,I'm crazy about that
