provide select all for email to make it easy to clean up Inbox. Selecting one by one is a pain ... a huge pain.

How about implementing Ctrl-A, then de-select those you wish to keep and/or the ability to select a group of messages at once, Also, allow a keyword select.

Agreed, you can delete your whole trash box but you have to individually delete inbox messages. Not smart.

If the purpose for this is to be able to delete all your email at once, I'm all for it!! I love the Nokia Lumia 900, but I get tons of email and have to delete them one by one or check them one by one and then delete them! That's crazy and a huge pain!!

it is a real drag to manually delete each email rather than have the ability to easily highlight a block of emails for deletion.

There is no quick way to "select all emails" at the moment. If I want to mark all emails as read, I have to select them all individually first. A simple menu item that allows me to "select all" would hugely reduce the amount of effort required for this task.
