Landscape Mode everywhere on your windows phone, on the live tiles, menue and so on
This feature is available on all android devices. If microsoft really wants to go ahead of google then this feature should be added in the next update

I just switched from Symbian where almost all apps support landscape mode. I want to rotate the phone especially when I need to type something and I find it frustrating that it only seldom works.
If the phone supported this, the phone will look like a mini tablet with win8, it isn't that good for Microsoft? Why don't you support this in the next release??
Everybody is doing its own landscape suggestions.
Please let's make just one loud voice be heared.
This is the suggestion that has more votes (80) of landscape suggestions (this thread):
And this about the landscape lock (1508) :
You get a landscape, you get a landscape, everybody gets a landscape!!!!

I thought more people would have suggested this by now maybe they just never conceptualized it. Maybe win 8/winphone 8 will change things
this feature is long overdue.
portrait = traditional phone use. landscape = tablet like use, similar to win8
I fully agree. Landscape should work in every screen (including the lock screen curtain). It is really a pain when you have the phone in a cradle or in a car holder.
This could be an interesting feature. Maybe the live tiles could turn on their side so that we swipe left and right to see the ones that are off-screen?
