  I spent days to try to get PARENTAL CONTROL removed/ released, but in vain. Made my new phone useless because cannot use Whatsapp.

  I NEED to stop my teenage son being able to access ****. Without these controls I wont be letting him have a Windows phone. Agree with Scott Tucker.

  Please add parental controls to the OS. Including marketplace, bing search (support strict instead of default of moderate). Rate app entries in the market place (E, T, R, etc.) I searched for 'ringtones' and the images I got I DO NOT want my daughter to see!!

  I am tired of seeing rubbish in thw marketplace! I want to be able to filter out **** that includes the word '****.'
