Add Option to disable A-GPS

Please give us the option to turn off A-GPS. Because it often makes more sense to record no position than a false position.

        This is especially important for Nokia WinPhones as it is (was) a key differentiator for Nokia phones.
        Maps are most useful when overseas so a "smartphone" isn't so smart in these situations.

        Why not just turn your data off entirely when roaming abroad? Then the A-GPS can't work either. No need for independent settings when the existing one does both.

        GPS also consumes the power so to make the battery last longer, we want a function to disable & enable it when needed.
