Audio level presets especially for Line Out

Support Line-Out volume presets along with Vibrate and Ring+Vibrate. Currently I crank volume to 30 for car line-n, then back to 10 for normal usage.

        when connected via bluetooth or audio jack, frustrating to adjust volume on phone and source you are listening through
