Enhance text to speech and speech to text to support all communication mechanisms
Enhance text to speech and speech to text to support all communication mechanisms (e-mail, Facebook chat, instant messaging, etc.)
Agreed with previous comment, Speech to text in badly needed in the OneNote App.

Speech to text is badly needed in the "OneNote" app. Currently it can record a voice note and embed it in the note, but that is not very useful. It would be much better to have (by default) dictation where the speech is converted to text.
The other major smartphone platforms provide this functionality but the Windows platform is supposed to be more business-oriented, so it should have been one of the first design requirements.
It would be nice for the phone to read email messages while I'm in the car, and I could control the message playback by voice. For example, saying "read email", "next message", "repeat subject", "who is email from", "reply to all", "reply to only recipient", "forward message", and be able to mailback via voice.
