  instead of a set of predefined colors it would be nice and much more individual when we can define our own color of each and every tile, with either multiple colors or if we could change the colors of the 'apps' that have them predifined.

  Agreed. if the goal of a WP is ultimate customization by the user then the user should have the ability to customize any tiles any way they want, including the pre-installed tile like mail, messaging, etc.

  Today on the small tiles u cannot add any wording like "work e-mail", "hotmail e-mail", etc, this can only be done in medium or large tiles. It will be very useful to allow adding words to small tiles. I tend use small tiles 95% of the time so i can maximize the real estate on my screen, but without the ability to name those titles, it gets very confusing which tile is what app or e-mail, etc.

  Customizable homescreen tiles would be awesome, with a Broad colour spectrum, there are some apps that offer this, but only Blank tiles

  Just place a color picker to the lower left corner of the selected live tile. So you can choose any color, which is independent from the main theme accent.

  Sometime I need to highlight a live tile with a different color.

  Developers should be able to add this feature for their 3rd party app's live tile.

  it could have themes it would be nice
  i like to have new look on my phone
  not just colors
  new look by changing look of block in main screen

  In my opinion there should be basic color-schemes. And then it should be possible to change the color of each tile.

  The app accent color machemism decides it is simply impossible to let use choose own color. Because the apps cannot read the currrent acvcent color value. They can only read the numbering of the current theme then look for the predefined color code.

  Perhaps this is in the wrong category, but it makes sence to me. Maybe it is time that someone (hello Moderator) condense the different Threads with this idea.
