Publish/Allow "Hardware Accessory Protocol"

This hardware accessory protocol allows the phone to securely access external hardware over BT and USB. This can lead to new markets and applications (industrial/medical/consumer).

        Yes, could see great benefits here with my windows phone Mango with home and medical automation and monitoring...This one is a nice idea!!!!

        Imaging being able to connect a gaming controller via BT or USB. Or even CC card readers or even as you say, medical devices.
