I accidently put a bad certificate on my phone and the only solution was to reset the phone to factory. Unacceptable!

+1 from me. While its easy to install a certificate you can't do anything with it anymore. I applied my private CA certificate on my phone which worked perfectly. But if I need to remove it, then what ? Reset the whole phone and start over?

This should have been an option... And please; no Zune; I'll settle for a simple certificate manager application instead.

There are scenarios where certificates need to be managed such as adding a trusted root certificate authority, removing trusted root certificates or simply enrolling for a certificate. This should be made possible through the phone settings and Zune software.
