I recently purchased an Lumia 920 and a BH-221 headset, however I'm having issues.
When playing music, the next song will not play even though the phone says it's playing but on the progress bar it's 0:00, it will just work until I press on the play/pause button twice, this keeps on happening after every 2 or 3 songs. Also I'm unable to answer the calls. I've also tried the headset on my friends Lumia 920 thinking that it's just with my phone hence the same issue appears. I've googled this annoying issue and bumped into a link :
I've also contacted microsoft support but was directed to this site. They said that Microsoft Developer is already investigating this matter but this issue has been reported for a couple of months already and yet no official statement. Please help us with this.

Can't believe this basic functionality is missing, supplied headphones which are a step down from my normal headphones offer no volume control, and only Stop/Start audio works with my main B&W Headphones.
Please fix! -

As Bluetooth headphones use much more battery power than wired ones and this problem is not just limited to the Nokia Multimedia Phones listed (Windows Phone 7 devices such as the HTC 7 Pro have exactly the same problem - no track changing functionality although volume control and play/pause work) it should be fixed to work fully with all Windows Phones as well.

All of these functions already work with Bluetooth headsets. I use a Nokia BH-503..

Third party headphones that have mics and controls (like DrDreBeats) do not work with my Lumia800. Even if the mic worked I would be happy.
