Clear seconds when set up current time
When I set time to 12:00 I do not want to have 12:01 in 10 seconds (because internal seconds counter is not zeroed)

There is NO way to set the correct time indeed.
(1) When setting the time, the seconds are not set to zero.
(2) Time setup is for hours and minutes -- not for seconds.
(3) The option "Set automatically" is absent on all our (many!) Nokia Lumia 620's.
(4) WP8 forbids NTP apps to take over the time from an NTP server.
This is really unacceptable.
