Set IMAP reply flag

Set the reply flag on emails so that one can know that an email was already replied to when using another email client.

        Agree this needs to get sorted. Outlook 2013 on the desktop has finally got this feature. Correctly syncing this back with the server would avoid me sending double emails on occasion!

        It's confusing to not see that an email was replied to in Outlook when you *know* that it was replied to in Windows Phone.
