File transfer without zune
Would LOVE to be able to copy files to and from the phone without using zune software, just like with regular USB stick (like WM6.5)

Simple. solution. Just put MS phone endevours out of business and call it a day. MS has betrayed the original Vision and Mission put forth by it's founder. Mr.Gates..Are you still there. Whats going on at the Company we all love... sorry once loved?

Need to make Interface between phone and pc more userfriendly.
Otherwise it's very good feature available with window phone, i like it very much.
Bettry problem is also roaring among youngster for window mobile
Awaiting for mocrosoft's next move in response to same.

I am an advanced computer user and I must admit, Windows 7.8 sucks beyond belief, it doesn't have a drive where you can store any file you desire irrelevant whether Windows phone can read it or not, it is not an efficientl multitasking like my HP Pixi Plus, not worth a rusty penny, everything about it is horrible. Not to mention, it can't read most files and won't download any of it, I have no control whatsoever over it, and you can't even add an extra SD card to it, all in all, it is pure trash, sorry Microsoft, you really screwed up on this one. So disappointed, this stupid Zune is intended to sell you music from its site, so commercialized for pure profits.

I must say, this thread seems to be filled with ignorant people who have issues with computers. Zune is a good deal faster and simpler than iTunes. File management is easy, transfers between phone and computer are easy, and you don't constantly run into DRM problems like with iTunes. You also are not limited to syncing content with a single computer. I far prefer Windows Phone OS to Android or iOS. I don't like the overly simplified look of iOS, with every single app on the home screen, and I don't like Android's un-unified UI. WP, meanwhile, provides tight chat integration, excellent fluid UI despite lower specs, and an overall better experience. For all of you having issues, I don't know what you were doing wrong. Just my 2 cents.

It's like itunes for windows. Totally worthless and will be the sole reason I get rid of this phone soon. Capability isn't there. I can't copy music or files that aren't in the standard locations. Don't make Zune better...get rid of the POS!

Nokia and Microsoft partnership sucks.......it is how they compete with other Giant Android phones. Zune suck, cannot transfer files over pc, cannot bluetooth........windows, microsoft, nokia lumia sucks.......Now changing this **** phone.
