Gift card for app purchase

Is there anyway I can purchase a Gift Card for users to purchase apps in the marketplace. Sort of like how iTunes Gift Cards work?

        in my country,cannot make visa or mastercad account and
        people can,not buy app from market
        plz make gift card 2$ 5$ 10$ 20$ for easy purchase app

        We should be able to use Microsoft points to purchase apps and games then these could be given as gifts instead of having to use a credit card
