turn by turn voice guidance should automatic not by tapping the screen.

There should be full support for turn-by-turn navigation - HANDS FREE!! The map should be 3D, like other GPSes not 2D in bing maps, and voice used in Bing maps should be clear, and natural. Currently it sounds computerised, awkward and not a natural voice.
