we need a notification center hub wherein we can see all the other notifications from the apps that are not pinned on the Home Screen.
        1. There is an option to customize or to sort notifications by app category or app name or by time/date.

        Example: a. Social | IM | Games | System | Others
        b. Now | Today | Week | Month | Year

        2. Ability to search for a quick notification by any keywords. App name, or the name of a person where the notifications came from

To go along with this suggestion, maybe a live tile that would act as the toast notification hub so we can easily see what we've missed and congregated in one central place that we could activate to be on the lockscreen

While I don't agree with the design, I do think there needs to be more customization on what can be displayed on the lock screen. Like if I choose to see the last couple of emails that came in on my lock screen, then I would like the option to enable it.

Could anybody please tell me where I can find this lockscreen wallpaper. It's awesome :)
And of course we totally need a notification center!

this is a nice design. i worry that this type of notification limits the ability to access it from anywhere in the phone. i imagine that if i am in an app and ignore incoming messages, when i am finished i would like to access notification immediately. a screen pull down could be implemented system wide.

i suggested this as a "universal notification centre".

I keep missing notifications! And find out hours later! WP designed around me???
Notifications should be displayed on lockscreen+a glance and go notification center...

I like this Notification but not better than iOS or Android so I need to show who send message or miss call

      • [Deleted] commented  ·   ·  Flag as inappropriate

I think it would be nice if you could slide right in the start and lock screen to get your notifications,

As Android, WP8 may have a custom lockscreen where you BUILD your favorite notifications (news, Facebook etc.).

        bye bye iPhone and Android!
