Option to turn off the 20 MB restriction when downloading Marketplace apps via cellular data connection.
Somewhere in the settings we need to be able to turn off the 20MB block on downloading Marketplace apps over the cellular data connection. I have an unlimited data plan and connect over 4G, so neither size nor time is a concern for me. Moreover, we do not have a home internet connection - my phone powers all of the internet in our house through it's data connection! Sometimes WiFi is just not an option, and there are times when it's just not necessary. I want to be able to download my apps when and how I want. I don't mind being notified that a download is more than 20 MB, and I wouldn't mind having to change something in my settings to remove the block. But I NEED to be able to choose when and how I download apps. I can't download the app I want through Zune because it is a re-install - Zune just tells me that I have already purchased the app and doesn't give me an option to reinstall it. I tried USB tethering (which I know is not recommended or endorsed, but sometimes it is necessary) and connecting my laptop to the data through that then creating an ad-hoc to connect my phone to "WiFi," but my phone couldn't seem to connect to the ad-hoc for some reason!! Really, we should not have to find a work-around for something that we should be able to do easily. Give us the option to turn off this restriction!!!!

The same ridiculous stupidity applies to the Nokia Maps downloads. Why would I need a ****** 5 Mbit/s landline if I have an unlimited LTE dataplan?

I agree, I would even be okay with hitting accept through a million disclaimers, I am just tired of the "Waiting for Wifi" notification.

Absolutely! This has been driving me insane! Considering how long Windows Phone has been around, I am astonished at how unpolished and unfinished WP8 has turned out to be. I really hope this gets addressed.

I would argue that Microsoft doesn't have the right or the responsibility to dictate how or when we use our own data plans.
I'm also on unlimited 4G so having to connect to wi-fi is nothing but a nuisance to me. Even if I did not have an unlimited plan it is my data to use as I see fit.

this a real issue, we should at-least have option to use connection we have or which we pay for, such limitations make our money go waste even in the phone and also the data connection we paid for is rendered useless by such a ridiculous limitation..
