Filter / Hide posts in What's New in people hub
Within my main facebook page, I have "hidden" certain posts from appearing (ie Friend X needs your help in Farmville), however they still show up in my people hub. This feed is fantastic, as I hate checking Facebook, but currently it's USELESS to me, because everyone plays these stupid games and feels the need to post every detail. I have to scroll through tons of pages to even get to a real post. I'd like the ability to block specific contacts from this section, and also the ability to block posts from specific apps. Thanks.

This isn't about game updates you know, sometimes some of your friends get an annoying habit of posting how many times their favorite toddler has pooped today. Nor do I want to see the pampers either. You get the idea.

Should follow the setting from the web - no need ot download silly farmville posts. I can live without a way to ignore from within the app though...

I agree, the feed doesn't seem to pay any attention to the facebook blocked apps. I miss loads of update thanks to farmville continuous spam.

You can block those annoying games on facebook's web site and they won't show up anymore.
