Setup ringtones and volume separately for all aspects of the phone
Right now IMs and SMS texts share the same ringtone. I need those separate. I also need to set the volume for the calls louder than the texts pings. And music should have a separate volume, too. Look to Blackberry how they allow you to set silent/ringtone/volume/vibrate on /off/only for each type of notification, and make it act differently when you hold it, holster it, or sleep.
