  In WP8 there is only support for Brasilian Portuguese for voice commands, not Portuguese from Portugal.
  Please reopen this or clarify if this is actually developed and will be included in a coming update.

  Sim, tem português do Brasil sim, mas não para os comandos de voz.
  Yes, it already have Brazilian Portuguese, but not for the voice control.

  This language is available on most Samsung phones.
