Show history of past system notifications so if don't notice a notification, or miss it before I finish reading it, I can access it again.
Just a simple list of notifications the OS has sent you accessible from a live-tile button, each with links to their corresponding app/message. Having access to all past notifications might help some users but personally I'm mostly interested in having access to those of the latest session, or within the phone's latest restart.
