Under status bar, we need a shortcut to turn on/off connections and Internet sharing
Under status bar, we need the ability to turn on or off the following (when specific icons are clicked) like in WM6.5 (this saves a whole lot of clicks):
- WIFI
- 3G (data connection)
- Bluetooth
- Internet sharing
Thanks for your shortcut suggestion. Always great to see such great feedback and excitement about this feature. While we can’t promise to ship every suggestion that gets submitted, we will be sure that our product development team receives your feedback. What’s your great idea? Keep those votes coming!

It is absurd to a mobile operating system that does not make life easier for users with a simple shortcut to access functions such as network, bluetooth, wi-fi ... For this it is necessary that we should turn to third-party applications to access these functions.

By pressing these icons at the top user should be followed to the corresponding part of the setup menu.

no, this will be just like ios and android. i think this feature should be integrated in Swipe-to-right-notification center concept. that will be great!

To make it different from other OS these shortcuts can be made available when a person slides to the left from the main screen

Please don't clutter the WP UI with a bunch of buttons or toggles for things that can easily be managed in the settings, or through the many free apps available in the store that do the same things.

perhaps this could be a number of buttons on the Task Switcher screen. So for example to toggle wifi I simply hold down the back button and press the wifi icon. Done and Done!

Microsoft will end support for Windows Phone 8 and 7.8 in the second half of 2014. A total of 18 months of support, and that period has of course already begun, as both operating systems are shipping on various hardware. Support for WP8 will end first, on July 8th, 2014, while 7.5 "Mango" will hit the end of the road on September 9th of that year

Are you guys serious? Just load a free third party app which gives you the toggel as a live tile on the start screen like anyone with some human sense already did.
Can we please focus on features that not only improve our lazyness but are simply not existent on WP? -

Agreed. Definately necessary. If the notifications can be clicked on and take us to the corresponding settings, I won't have to use the battery app which I don't wish to use at all.
