Provide 7.8 update for Samsung Omnia w 7.8 with blutooth file transfer

        biggest mistake of purchasing a windows phone....surely wont be recommending any one
        i am using SAMSUNG OMNIA W. It have great 1.4Ghz Processor and other stuffs which are very fast and nice configurations and all. NOW my Question is WHY ANY AND EVERY APP WHILE OPENING TAKES NEARLY 6-8 SECONDS AND MANY A TIMES TAKE MORE THEN THAT AS COMPARED TO OTHER PLATFORM DEVICES LIKE ANDROID, SYMBIAN, BB, APPLE etc. WHICH TAKES 2-3 SECONDS. FOR EXAMPLE HTC EXPLORER OR ANY CHEAP BUDGET SMART PHONES. THEY RUN ON VERY OLD ANDROID VERSION SAY 2.3 OR 2.4. even then they come out with a much better result.

        THOUGH THEY ARE MUCH CHEAPER, LESS ADVANCED, NOT HAVE EVEN 600MHZ PROCESSOR WHICH COSTS NEARLY 5.5K OR 6.5K(MAX) EVEN THEN THERE PERFORMANCE IS **** MUCH BETTER, AND YOU KNOW THIS THING SIR VERY WELL.
        A small app lets say WHATSAPP which is a widely used app around the globe. this app perform in each and every platform so smooth but does not run smooth on any windows phone and does not provide many facilities like song transfer or video transfer and many more BECAUSE OF BINDINGS FROM YOU GUYS FROM THE MICROSOFT. YOU GIVE NO OPTION TO CUSTOMISE.

        Sir i am not saying that WINDOWS PHONES ARE BAD OR WORST OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT but it has many many DRAWBACKS. I Dont know weather this problem is with MICROSOFT OR SAMSUNG. In Todays world SO MUCH BINDINGS OR LESS OPTIONS OF CUSTOMISE BY WINDOWS PHONE WONT HELP YOU TO HAVE A STABLE MARKET.
        Many of my friends took windows phone and they are also facing the same problems. They are also frustrated with WINDOWS PHONE.
        Except UI nothing is attractive. NO features serves the best. Its an highly disappointment by THE MICROSOFT side that they introduced PHONES with such an bad features. Microsoft is least concern by its customers feedback that can be make out very easily.

        No updates, no option of customise, so many bindings by THE MICROSOFT, nearly 130k apps available on market place out of which 90% are unresponsive that can be make out from the customers feedback itself, (ON ANDROID nearly 500k apps are available out of which most are responsive) we cant download songs and videos from sites, neither can we transfer nor can we exchange EXCEPT ZUNE SOFTWARE, if we have to download songs or videos then we have to download a particular app then via app song or video are downloaded by struggling a lot and after that it is stored in offline mode in that particular app which sucks a lot. It is not everytime possible to sit in front of destop or laptop and waste nearly half an hour by first downloading and then transfering that thing via ZUNE to PHONES.
        WHEN WE APPROACH MICROSOFT IT SAYS ITS YOURS OPERATORS FAULT AND OPERATORS SAYS ITS MICROSOFTS LIMITATIONS AND THERE FAULT.....ULTIMATELY CUSTOMER IS TO BE THE SUFFERER........HATS OFF TO BOTH
        we SAMSUNG OMNIA W customer dont have option to download songs from app directly to our music+videos folder where as NOKIA have provided this facilities to its customer by providing NOKIA MUSIC APP
        As compared to nokia, samsung windows phone are simply fooling there customers.... Samsung have commited many wrong features. On the other hand NOKIA have provided with many many features with tie up with MICROSOFT... Some of very useful and helpful features are being provided by microsoft and nokia.....but SAMSUNG is least concerned....Because of there lack in technology and all that stuff their customer are being the sufferer. SHAME on SAMSUNG.

        Nokia have upgraded all its windows phone and now they are enjoying windows 8 user interface, nokia customer are able to download songs directly to music+videos folder but but but on the other hand SAMSUNG is not providing any any of these features and i am **** sure that SAMSUNG wont be upgrading its windows phone nor will microsoft. Reason may be any thing but we are the sufferer, we lost our money, no body is **** concern about it...they are least bothered.
        I short i had made biggest mistake by picking up SAMSUNG WINDOWS PHONE OMNIA W....and surely wont be recommending any one to take windows phone

        I want to sell my Samsung Omnia W, Microsoft Dose know about the Basic Mobile Features , OS smart but Fail in User Satisfaction and the APPS+Games Market HUB, Am suggesting macrosoft plz give us fully access of Mobile Customization, not for Specific Country, Google isn't doing that neither Apple OS as per my knowledge, at least apple has a Multiple App that user can easily get used to, really such Painful Bad Experience while Using such OS and there supports

        If u want windows os to be survive in future, bluetooth file transfer would be a must option in w7.8,

        Why do u guys let xda kick ur locks, better keep the things simple and urself remove all the locks! Which will add value to the wp. A few set of techies buy wp as they are capable of doing all the unlock stuffs, once the locks are removed, wp market will do 3 times better than now. Anyways the ppl are now bored with android, this is the best time to come up with an update which removes all locks, if one buys a phone, its his wish to install anything on it or transfer via bt! U can create a new separate product to lock the phone if anyone wants to rather than shipping it in the phone! Or keep a setting where user can enable/disable the locks on their wish! Recently bought omnia w and feel cheated, i would vote for symbian rather which let me update anything on my wish!
