  loving the very lively fluid interface of WP8 but lack of file manager may push me away from this ultimately

  I'd like to have a WP8 smartphone but for me a file manager is absolutely needed, inclouding for the MicroSD, opening files from it and copying tree directories from the PC to the smartphone (or at least to the SD).

  File manager should have a inline downloader so that if we paste a link of a file it will download to a specific or user define location in SD or Phone memory, this download should be done by the OS in background like the store app which is flawlessly implemented without any degradation of performance

  I've been using Lumia 710 since December and I must confess that it's been very frustrating without a file manager. I'm going for an android ASAp.

  Microsoft Windows phone have no option for attach MP3 & Video's in WhatsApp software....:(
  because file manager is the big problem nokia n Windows phone....:(

  add the ability to move your apps to your sd card please for the htc 8s and other phones that only have 4 GB it would help as the other folder takes up so much space

  Better loose our hope that Microsoft will listen to us. I'm deciding to sell it for half rate. Microsoft will not add file manager.. inspite of its secure OS.

  Are you listening to this, Microsoft? 34,675 votes as I write. Why did you discontinue support for my Win 6.5 phone which DID have a file manager, only to present me with this dumbed-down games, music and pics obsessed pocket fun machne?

  What is the purpose of a suggestion box if you are never going to look at it. This suggestion has got a whooping 34,000+ votes and it is high time you realize it means something. It has been amongst the top voted suggestions for quite some time now and yet nothing seems to have been done about it. Paints a very bad picture about microsoft. If not having a file manager in the first place was bad, creating a suggestion box only for the sake of doing it was much much worse. Seriously very poor show microsoft.

  All Windows Phone smartphones don't have file manager, before I go for Lumia 520, I had read some comments about file manager. Yes, the lack of file manager make frustating, but it is still OK.
