Come on guys!!! I really, really, want to see WP make it!
We need to be competitive, this is a major flaw!!!!
Droid low-spec devices are slow.
WP low-spec devices are fast.
Droid low-spec devices with almost non-existance storage can install apps in SD Cards.
WP needs to be able to install to SD Card to take advantage of droid slowness on low-end devices. -

New apps coming all day. But no place to install apps, so i don't buy at the expense of the market. I mean, i really love WP, but c'mon ... guys ! Some things on the phone just makes me mad, like the impossibility of developing an app for the clock due to some stupid limitation. Are you serious? You're not competitive enough! It's been a while now since you released WP it's time to catch up on the other platform. Even if you had to do that before releasing any kind of software, you have to gibe all the flaws and put you on the level of Android and Ios. SD Card support is available on Android since 2.2 (Froyo) now they're at 4.1. I hope you are aware that not all the WP8 users own a Lumia920 with 16 or 32 Gb of memory. Sincerely, a Windows Phone User.

I have got a new Nokia Lumia 720 and it has an amazing 8 GB inbuilt memory but the issue is the more apps i install it gets saved on the Root Memory and which is bad there should have been an option to install apps on the SD Card.

I got my phone 12 days ago. It is a Nokia 820. I love it. I love the battery, the SD card. I love Office. But in 2 days I have to return it and go back to Droid... why? Because it is a business phone that I cannot use to print unless the printer is connected to the internet. I also cannot use my 32 GB card to store files. Seriously? Productivity?

I have a htc 8s which I love apart from 1 major floor, apps cannot be installed to the sd card.
If Microsoft really want to try and compete with Android they really do need to sort this problem before windows phone 8 users start switching back to Android when it comes round to renewing their phones. I for one will certainly be doing that as I see no point in being able to add a 32gb sd card without being able to install and run apps from it. I am sure there are very many more like minded phone 8 users -

Microsoft had two choices: Either to prevent phone makers to make phones with 4 GB storage or to allow apps installation to SD cards. Since Microsoft failed to prevent phones with ultra small storage it is a must to allow installation of apps to SD. Otherwise there will be thousands of unhappy users all around the world. And they will be blaming only one name: Microsoft. So it is up to you Redmond.
