Continue to develop and fund new Xbox games for Windows Phone
Lately there have been very few new Xbox games released for Windows Phone. Please begin development on new Xbox games, including major franchises like Halo and Forza! Also, reach out to third-party developers and convince them to bring more games to Windows Phone by any means necessary.
Xbox Live features have been a major selling point of Windows Phone since 2010, and we gamers want to see those features continue - especially with new, higher-quality games.
Think Microsoft think, we're talking games here... Xbox and no games? Sort this out yourself
Mirror edge is a fantastic game! However, there are barely more than ten levels! Olease
and i say the support for xbox live branded games should be given high priority and should be marketed as one major feature. not just a passing by, residual thing the WP team has just thought to add up but not really care about. This is the major differentiator of the Windows Phone. It's xbox integration.

Microsoft, you really need to play up your Xbox tie in to your phone. You have a huge market to tap if you can make Windows Phone THE OS for gamers! Get your teams working on more exclusive titles that people can only get on WIndows Phone's Xbox Live!
RPGs, shooters, puzzles, arcade, and at reasonable prices. Indie developers I don't think will work with Windows Phone until they have an incentive so you all need to get some Windows Phone exclusive games up on your own.
You may need more to get big in the smartphone market, but I believe creating an extensive Xbox Live library exclusive to the phone's OS, and further enhancing the merger between phone and a player's XboxLive will be a significant step forward for Windows Phone.

Having a phone with good GPU doesn't matter at all if the games don't use it. So they really need to improve this.

Although I am not a gamer I think that this is a good idea. In fact I'm sure MS could make a killing if they could make a WP that was also essentially a Xbox portable marketed towards gamers.
The tribez and more games please also why am I paying 99 cents for angry birds when I got it on my old Droid for free? I miss my Droid more then I want to keep my windows phone and also would like Microsoft to know that why make your new operating system for a desktop or laptop a operating system for a tablet? Please keep the windows 7 style.

Why bother with [continuing] to enter the smartphone market if you're not going to put the resources behind it to make it profitable? I was excited to play fable coin golf, but then found out it isn't on wp8. As my first foray into smart phones (though I have a kindle and android table, as well as used to work on mobile games, so I've seen a lot of phones, going way back into the j2me/brew/wince era), this is not boding well for my recommendations. What can I say? "It's nice, clean and easy to use, but Microsoft doesn't really support it so it's hard for anyone else to."
Get your act together Microsoft! Release more apps and games for the Windows Store....
Windows phone should focus more on Xbox games. Microsoft has the means to provide the best mobile gaming experience out there. Games like halo and fears of ear should be a must for windows phone. The platform is growing and needs continued support from you microsoft in the games department. Nokia can't keep this great thing going by itself.
We need more xbox live games with achievements. And we need more big franchise games like halo or forza on WP with ACHIEVEMENTS !!
Add to the fact that all these games were promised in 2012 from Gameloft, with nothing showing up, and I've had enough. Microsoft is just greedy. They have deep enough pockets to get better Xbox Live games from their own departments, and better games ported from other OSes as well. They are being lazy and saying "we've given you native code access, so go out and port your games to our OS"...; yea to an OS with 5% market share.
WAKE UP MICROSOFT and stop PENNY-pinching. Either they care about the OS or they don't, and with what they've shown (or haven't shown) lately just gives people who are already invested in other platforms more reason to stay and say "see....told you not to trust Microsoft". First you shaft 7.X customers. Then, you make it EVEN BETTER by delivering broken promises for people to trust you again to invest in Windows Phone foolishly again.
I just don't think this company truly believes in this platform because people haven't just jumped on board like they expected them to after giving native code support, and expecting developers to take the risk of developing for the platform without ROI (which Microsoft could easily supply, if they were serious). What's their reward to developers taking a chance...?; La-z-boy recliners and free phones. DEVELOPERS NEED MONEY....not only for compensation of hard work, but to actually fund their development for YOUR platform as well.
Either commit and show and prove that you really are committed to investing in this OS or just quit wasting people's time feeding them the "making your phone unique around you" BS. You say you're in the smartphone race for the long-term; NEWS FLASH....there is no long term (as already proven by Android and iOS dominance). You don't have time to "get it right", and once mainstream, non phone geek people are invested in a platform, they're not going to change.
If you're only going to commit true work to your desktop and tablet experiences, pleas stop leading people on with broken promises and lies...
Why did you bring out WP8? No games drought makes me want to go back to Android. Please stop this mess and support your customers. Thanks Lumia 920 owner

Please don't give up on Xbox Enabled Windows Phone games just yet. So much of the community love the Xbox Live features we've seen in over 150 games on Windows Phone so far and would love to see a great deal more. I've spent a lot of money purchasing apps and would feel very disappointed if you give up now so please give us more games ASAP!
More games !! Please !!

I am an avid Windows Phone user. I absolutely love the Windows Phone experience, and I would be deeply troubled if I were forced into the embrace of iOS or Android platforms.
My concern is simple. Without continually keeping the brand current and relevant, it will eventually become obsolete for new users; overtaken by the deluge of apps and updates from the likes of Google & Apple. And just when the Windows 8 experience is becoming legitimized and respected in the tech & business communities!
Keeping up the economic moat is vital! While current Xbox content is but a piece of the overall Windows Phone experience, it is the ONLY real competitive advantage Windows Phones posses when reaching out for the iOS/Android convert.
Why you would not exploit this fervently is beyond me.
Please keep the Windows Phone experience current and relevant so I am not forced in with the dingy Siri masses!

this is getting ridiculous.
we were promised new games last year, and as of yet haven't got any.
I have a lumia 920, and as of yet I haven't seen one game that looks as good as batman and my iphone 4... and we have have xbox as a huge selling point, it's silly
and i'm writing this on my surface RT, which also has better games on it than my phone. it shouldn't be that hard to port games from this to my phone.
I meant to get rid of my iphone, but so far I've had to keep it, otherwise I would loose all my favorate games.
Xbox titles was the reason I switched to windows phone 8. Without it there is no real reason to switch to windows phone. All other exclusivity has been shredded for example Xbox companion. The high quality experience of Xbox titles and their connectivity with the 360 and rt was a major selling point to those on the verge of switching. Please reconsider or you might just be looking at another Zune HD.
