Quiet-Hours geo fences in 8.1 "Quiet-Places"
Just like with location based reminders, and with favorite WiFi places, have the ability to set Quiet-Hours to toggle on at certain locations. An added feature would be sound profiles for certain locations. I.e. Work - vibrate, no ringer School - all silent etc.
Came here to suggest this.
"Places" where I would use this feature is at places of worship, mosques, churches etc.
guys read this and comment on these listed features and vote.
USB ON THE GO feature is embedded in the snapdragon s4 chip, just needed a os link between the chip, like they bring the fm radio in the gdr2 update, Please vote for this feature in Windows Phone suggestion Box here, http://windowsphone.uservoice.com/forums/101801-feature-suggestions/suggestions/4699337-need-usb-on-the-go-otg-in-windows-phone

Sound and Vibrate profile based on Wifi presence.(location identification based on wifi network)
That's an excellent idea.

Definitely need movie theaters as automatic quiet places.
This would only be beneficial if the battery didn't blow up. Quiet Hours torches batteries, imagine it WITH geofencing.

You are talking about automation and there was/is an app on Symbian that did/does just that - Situations. Users asking to port to to WP8:

I agree with Matthew Sheets: I want my quiet hours to start and end earlier on a work night than I do on the weekend. I want to stay up late and sleep in on those days, and Cortana should know this!
Likewise, I want my phone to be quiet while I'm at work, not just during scheduled meetings.
Excellent, I just want quiet hours different at night where my inner circle can interrupt me always and not during a meeting a work during the day. It would be a toggle of the inner circle break in. No at night and yes during the day. Geo-fencing would satisfy that as well.

Clever idea. I think this would be of most use with work. Possibly something could be built in with the geofencing to recognize any place, but suggest whatever location or time you've set as work.
On that note: quiet hours needs to allow for setting more hours as a list of times, not just one set recurring time. :(

Old Symbian Nokias had this application that allowed to define profiles based on location/connection. Now geo fencing could be used as well.
User defined TIME and LOCATION to used a certain PROFILE.
