This is indeed something that is missing. (or a skydrive client that would be available in the explorer the sync items would be a good alternative).
I hope they would do something about it but Zune looks more something for the kids and the entertainment, not for business people.
Event the synchronisation via Zune (and the libraries) ofter gets f*cked up, yeah they need to change and improve Zune (with Document sync).

@Emiel: they are all giving a shout that it is really needed for each country.
Come on Microsoft! Don't wait for WP.vNext, give us an intermediate update!

It would be nice to receive some comments from Microsoft (or Bing) when they will provide an update to fix this.
Feedback and suggestions are nice, but it would be great if we could see some comments from Microsoft when they will accept this feedback or not and when they are planning to implement it.

Some information about the Maps app I posted a while ago (from version 7.0.7390.0):

Btw: I'd even help adding local shops and bars here in Belgium.

@Michael Beck: Bing.com was also planned to 'launch'. 1+ year later still nothing but they keep releasing new US-only features.
And read the very first comment. and btw: they should not hide buttons that work if you don't have US/English set.

@Hector but that is just the point for e.g. Maps, we want to work in our natural language.

Some features/buttons only work or show up if you have your region set to United States.
e.g.:
If you had version 7.0.7390.0 and the System locale and/or Browser & search language set to Dutch (Belgium) you only saw two buttons in the Maps application. When you had it set to English (US) you had an extra button for location.
In Mango (7.10.7720) this is the same. I have set my system locale and browser & search language to Dutch (Belgium) and I see only Bing vision. No other 'cool' features are available, you only see them when you switch to English (US).
Actually Bing is pretty cool, but not if you live in Europe because non of the features work unless you change everything to English/United States and work completely in English.

It would be nice to have an option to disable syncing when you are using your cellular data.
If you record some audio files with OneNote and it syncs automatically it consumes huges loads of traffic. (if you have a mobile data plan for 200MB/month you reach that limit very very fast :( ).
Some suggestions:
- Advanced options to only sync OneNote when using Wifi or connected to a pc with internet
- Allowing the filetypes to sync (no .wav / .mp3 file sync in the OneNote)
Something extra:
- Choose which OneNote Books to sync and options per Book to sync automatically or manually (and with the options described above like "only sync this Book when using WiFi or Connected to PC).
