Hey, fans of drag-n-drop and Xbox music, answer me this: how can I sync my music over wifi? how can I sync my autoplaylists? how can I play my music if I don't have a data plan?

I don't understand where those millions of people who bought WP8 are. Are they all satisfied with the "new" way to manage music and media in general? I feel this is a far bigger issue than any other WP8 blunders like notification center, fm radio, custom sounds, etc. Why bigger? Because it destroys loved and much used functionality that already has been in place for years.
And I thought not providing native audiobook support was the biggest mistake...

@Max Beckenbach In a different thread you said you love Wifi sync and here you say you hate Zune. If I'm not mistaken, Wifi sync works only with Zune. WMP doesn't have it. Strange.

Over at the community forums, someone from Microsofot finally responded in a similar thread about XBox Music app (scroll to the bottom of the page): http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/winphone/forum/wp8-wpmusic/master-list-of-issues-with-xbox-music-on-wp8/b1c64834-de43-4af6-8069-4626090289a3?tm=1358341354291&page=23

@Jonathan(as) What are you suggesting then? Saying that the current sync app gives you freedom is like saying that taking away your calculator gives you move freedom to do your math using pen and paper. And why should we use iTunes? We bought Windows phones after all, didn't we?

I understand that WP8 differs from WP7 and that they might have reasons to kill the best media management software there is (Zune). But since no alternative to Zune is provided (WP app is laughable), please, give us the ability to use Zune with WP8 until you deliver an alternative on par with Zune. Or better yet, keep Zune (rebrand it if needed), or at least, keep its functionality.

When I found out that WP7 doesn't support audibooks I was disappointed but luckily there was the podcast-workaround. Not only WP8 doesn't have native audibook support, it also doesn't let you sync podcasts with our PC. Are we going backward?
